1. Client Investment Risks
By subscribing to any Veridia Investment Schema (Basic, Pro, or Elite), the client acknowledges that digital trading and financial arbitrage carry standard market volatility. Payout rates represent dynamic historical targets and should not be treated as state-backed guarantees.
2. Wallet Exchange Regulations
Exchange operations between the Main Wallet and Profit Wallet are executed at a flat 1:1 conversion ratio. Swapping is instantaneous but subject to audit checks to identify double-spending or malicious account duplication.
3. KYC Verification Threshold
Standard users can deposit and transfer funds immediately. However, manual withdrawal releases to direct banks or UPI channels require verified KYC states to ensure adherence to global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards.
4. Account Termination
Veridia reserves the absolute right to suspend or block client accounts that engage in system exploitation, spamming the P2P send wallet features, or attempting brute-force staff management overrides.
